Pacific Coast Business Services Ltd. has been providing support and bookkeeping services to a variety of small businesses since 1990.  We are members in good standing with the Institute of Professional Bookkeepers of Canada which requires ongoing education and updating of our skills.  We pride ourselves on our excellent level of service, offering a great value for your company so you can run your business and leave the books to us!

We first started using Sage 50 (formerly Simply Accounting) in 1990 providing full cycle bookkeeping services to our clients. Over the years we have developed a high level of expertise in both the routine functionality of the software and the unique configuration and customization capability of Sage 50.  In 1997 we were accepted as Sage 50 Certified Consultants and have developed the expertise to assist users in maximizing the effectiveness of Sage 50 for their business needs. As Sage 50 Certified Consultants, we are fully qualified to offer installation, setup, orientation and training for management and staff on Sage 50 software, and specialize primarily in the support of this product.

As additional accounting software has been developed and become mainstream over the years, we have added more programs to our repertoire of expertise.  We have become certified advisors for the Telpay payroll program and we are also members of the Wave Accounting Pro Network and are happy to provide assistance in these areas.  We are also able to provide services in and support for users of Quickbooks, Easypay, and XLGL.
